Vegan meals here are getting a lot more better. I'm enjoying cooking in the kitchen even more than I did before it's just awesome.When I first starting thinking about going vegan months ago my main concern was I could make meals interesting or they would be as tasty, I also was following off people saying we needed meat and dairy in our eating in order to continue being healthy in life. After beginning my research on food and vegan-ism I knew it was right for me and how important it was to teach my children about it all. Only a few weeks in and I'm totally in love with the meals they are so delicious I don't miss the meat at all. I can only imagine how big of a difference I'll be eating by next year.
